Meetings, dinners and experiences
We offer private bookings for companies, groups and individuals looking for something more than just a venue. The museum is suitable for meetings, dinners, lectures, staff days and various forms of cultural or private events.
The inspiring space that can be booked has a seven-meter ceiling height and can seat around 20 people at tables and is equipped with a projector.
We regularly organize three-course dinners and soup lunches, open to everyone by advance booking. The meals often have a theme – a particular favorite is our soup dinners during the dark autumn evenings, where we enjoy the food in atmospheric candlelight.
It is also possible to book the house for private events such as student parties or day parties of various kinds.
In addition to private bookings, Ateljé von Swetlik organizes various events and experiences open to the public.

Prices for renting studio space for meetings, upper floor:
Space rental: €140 / 2 hours
Extra time: €20 / hour
Serving options:
Coffee service with homemade chocolate cake: €50-80€ / group
Coffee service with biscuits: €20-40€/ group
When booking a meeting space, we offer the following prices:
Long guided tour (approx. 60 min): €100
Short guided tour (approx. 25 min): €60
This price applies regardless of whether you choose to order catering or not. Usually guided tour costs €200/group

Experiences
Create your own experience day at the museum! Perfect for hen parties, birthdays,
staff days and private events. Choose an activity and combine it with
dinner for a complete evening.
Experiences cost €300 separately or €250 when booked together with
for example dinner (see dinner prices above).
Example: start with bubble yoga or singing bowl relaxation, continue with
chocolate tasting or Bubbles & Paint and finish with dinner.

Chocolate tasting
A tasty experience where we explore the history, origins and nuances of chocolate together.
For groups of more than 10 participants, an additional €10 per person is charged.
The chocolate tasting is offered in Swedish and English.
Sound bowl relaxation
The soothing sounds and vibrations of the singing bowls guide you into a state of deep relaxation, where tension is released and the body gets a well-deserved opportunity for recovery. No prior knowledge is required.
Paint & Bubbles
A relaxed concept where you paint your own work of art under supervision, by Tanja Is, while enjoying a glass of bubbly or another nice drink.
Paintings in sound
Violinist Frida Backman improvises music live inspired by the work of artist Georges von Swetlik.
Bubbel Yoga
Under the guidance of a yoga instructor, you will try balancing a glass of bubbly while letting your body land in soft, harmonious positions. Yoga is accessible and suitable for most people, regardless of experience.
